Exhibition of the glass based art and stained glass windows of Kim en Joong, at the Centre International de Vitrail de Chatres. Running from the 9th November 2009 until the 31st October 2010, this exhibition in the Muséé des Beaux Arts in Chartres, highlights the 'history of paper'. Featuring an exhibition of historical objects made from paper, talks on the origins of paper, and also information on it's creation, usage and modern usage, this exhibition aims to merge art and science. Based at the Musée Marcel Dessal de Dreux, this exhibition covers the life of Louis Gain, arguably the 'first' documentary reporter. Annual spectacle of the group folklorique, 'Les Sonneurs de la Vallée Noire'. Local historic story with lots of dancing and singing - even if you do not understand the berrichone language it is worth a trip out.
