There are many reasons why you might need to travel with a pet animal: it might be part of a complex family relocation, you may be bringing home a newly acquired animal, or simply taking a pet away with you on a holiday. But travel can be stressful for an animal so it helps if you have the facts before you start out.

regulations and the conditions that might affect you or the animal –
whether it's crossing a border or entering an area with a health hazard.
