Dog-friendly gite wanted for January

We are looking for two bedroom dog-friendly gite for us (a couple) and one friend for a few days in the second week of January. We are looking around the Doue la Fontaine area or further south (not north) and want something old, pretty and rural. The dog is a Springer, very lively but good in the house. We would need a good sized area for him to run about in. Must also take cheque vacances (this is a must and non-negotiable).
